Copies of your passports with passport photos (or a U.S. state-issued ID for U.S. citizens)
U.S. citizens must provide their social security number (confidential)
Ensure ID pictures show all four corners and are clear
Select two witnesses and provide their names
Provide a complete address and phone number for the marriage certificate
Limitations on Who Can Be Married Online
No couples related within the fifth degree of consanguinity
No minors (below 18) or cousins
Individuals divorced within the last 60 days must provide a certified divorce certificate
The fee is non-refundable and includes two certified copies of the marriage certificate (one digital, one paper)
